Benefits of Stress Management
I've experienced many benefits of stress management by using the techniques I write about in this website. I wouldn't be writing this if I hadn't. And... In case this is helpful... I'd like to share with you some of those benefits... I feel relaxed and at ease in my body - most of the time. I'm pretty healthy - thank goodness - and thanks to a lot of great practices. I have a strong connection with the Divine and feel very supported by that connection. I do work that I love. I spend quality, loving time with my son on a regular basis. I don't feel insecure and full of self doubt anymore. I can have conscious, undefended conversations with people I care about. I feel a lot better physically and emotionally than I used to.
And each time I use a specific technique, I feel more relaxed or my mood improves... or something even better. Here are some specific examples of benefits of stress management techniques I use... - When I practice diaphragmatic breathing for 20 minutes or more, I experience a state of relaxation so deep that it’s as if all of my organs are melting and dancing with joy at the same time. It’s great.
When I practice mindful movement, my body, mind, and emotions come to a place of deep integration and wholeness… and my muscles and joints feel as if they’re re-awakening.When I journal about my feelings using a kind of “feelings dump” process, I experience a clearing out of my mind of all the junk that was bugging me and freedom to move on to what ever is more important. When I change my thinking from a negative attitude to a hopeful or positive one, my body shifts from feeling tense and hopeless to feeling open and easy.If you've practiced any stress management techniques and experienced benefits, please help others by sharing what you've learned in the form below... Or if you're new to stress management and decide to use some of the techniques on this site, please come back and share your positive experiences.
