Stress Management Techniques.

Hi. I’m Kathryn Yarborough and your guide.

Basically this is “my website” and I created it to invite you – and others like you – into a world without stress or unnecessary upset.

When I was in my early twenties, and depressed, stressed, confused, and lost, I started my self improvement journey.

Thank goodness it worked! I feel a lot better these days… twenty something years later!

I decided to go back to school when I was in my early thirties and became a registered dance/movement therapist. Later my work evolved into manifestation coaching and then I trained to be an integrative breathworker at the Inspiration Consciousness School in Owings Mills, Maryland, USA.

I founded the Center for Embodied Consciousness where I work in Columbia, Maryland, USA.

All of the techniques in this guide I have used or am currently using. So, what I share with you comes from my own personal experience.

Basically your Relaxed-and-At-Ease Guide to Stress Reduction approaches contains practical information about how to use each of my favorite stress management approaches.

I encourage you to listen and follow along to all of the audio recordings in here. I, Kathryn Yarborough, recorded them to give you a flavor for some of the exercises that you can do.

You can try a brief body scan or mindfulness meditation.

Remember that definition of insanity…
Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results…

Well, I really want this website to make it easier for you to get different results!

I'm selling CDs/mp3s with guided meditations and relaxation exercises by me - Kathryn Yarborough - because being guided REALLY DOES HELP.

But you don't have to use mine... buy one from someone else OR find one at your library.

Listening to a guided process is a VERY easy way to begin the process – because all you have to do is get comfortable and listen. And once your body knows what it’s like to relax, you won’t want to go back… in fact you’ll probably want more!
