In Your Relaxed-and-At-Ease Guide to Stress Management Techniques
You can use the Law of Attraction to attract ANYTHING into your life including a feeling of ease, relaxation, and balance.
What you focus on grows.
If you focus on the things that worry you - you will get more of them. If you focus on what relaxes you - you'll attract more relaxation!
The Law of Attraction works like magnets do.
If you don't have any magnets - go to a toy store and play with some.
Feel the pull of two magnets when they're attracting. They come together in a rush.
Feel the push of two magnets that are pushing against each other. You can feel how they want to stay away from each other.
If you're focused on stress or on stressful things in your life, the way the Law of Attraction works - you will attract more stress seemingly instantaneously like the two magnets that rush together.
Your energetic vibration sends out a message to the Universe - kind of like a radio station sends out radio waves that listeners can tune in to.
Your radio waves - or vibration - is based on the combination of what you're thinking and feeling, what's happening in your body (i.e. tension), and your energetic system. It is the sum of your conscious, unconscious, and higher self.
The Universe - or All-That-Is - "hears" your vibration as a request and because of the the Law of Attraction - which can be defined as like attracts like - the Universe will send you more of what you're vibrating.
If you're tense and you don't intentionally change what's happening in your body - you could attract more tension.
If you're worried about money... you will attract situations that are worrisome and will create more "worry about money... " Unless, you intentionally
change your thinking!
So, if you want to use the Law of Attraction as a stress management technique...
Use your
emotional guidance system
to help you - moment by moment - notice if your thoughts and actions are aligned with what you want or moving you away from it.
Change your total vibration... Use any of the
relaxation exercises
to get started with this! Then - if you want - visit my

Here's a little story...
I decided to call this website Relaxed-and-At-Ease.com because of the Law of Attraction.
I wanted to name this website after what I want more of… to feel relaxed-and-at-ease.
I did this because when I hear, say, or write the term “stress management” I feel a kind of tension inside.
It sort of feels like pressure - like I’m trying to control something that wants to explode. It feels kind of like a wild animal that's been caged up for the first time in his life.
When I say or write “relaxed and at ease,” I feel a sense of ease in my body and I breathe deeper.
But… we’re all different. What do you notice in your body when you think or say “stress management?” What about “relaxed and at ease?”
I mean it. I really want you to take a moment and notice…
What do you feel in your body when you think or say “stress management?” (And don't worry about people thinking you're crazy if you talk out loud - I think most of us talk to ourselves!)
What about “relaxed and at ease?”
Did you do it? If you did, then you’re beginning to use
Mindfulness.
Mindfulness is a way of approaching life as well as one of the
meditation techniques
you can learn about on this website - your Relaxed-and-At-Ease Guide to Stress Management Techniques. It’s the practice of noticing your experience without judgment.
When we develop our inner observer – which is another way of saying that we're practicing mindfulness - and we notice that we’re feeling tense, then we can do something about it...
Including activate the Law of Attraction.
If we don’t notice what’s happening, then all that tension builds up and one day we…
or get sick more often because our immune system has been compromised…
So if you take a little bit of time to learn stress management and
relaxation techniques,
and then you practice mindfulness throughout your day, you’ll be able to make the small adjustments needed, moment by moment, for your mind to refocus on the present and your body to relax and feel centered and balanced.
