Practicing good nutrition stress management is not my area of expertise. In fact, my inner teenager continues to rebel against eating well all the time.

However, it is clear to me that when I have eaten healthfully for a few days in a row and not eaten the things that are stressful to my body - I felt great!

It's probably because I've eaten foods that detox the body!

So though I don't YET practice good nutrition - stress management all the time, I wholeheartedly believe in it.
