Feeling Relaxed and At Ease
Why do we worry? ... Because we don't yet know how to feel relaxed and at ease in every moment of our lives. I've asked myself why don't we when we live in a world where we have an abundance of food, shelter, resources, light, and love? The answer I've come up with is maybe we have a habit of feeling separate and fearful - that's stuck in our neurons - and keeps us from remembering this Truth. Maybe some of us relax on our vacations... ... Or when we're sitting in front of our TVs some of us might get distracted and stop thinking about all the things that are worrisome... ... Or in those sacred moments of connection with the Divine some of us might feel a sense of Trust and Connection... ... But do we really know how to live in a way that feels relaxed and at ease? It appears to me that no - we don't yet. And I believe it is possible now. If we could... - Live as if we knew we were part of All-That-Is rather than separate from It.
- Imagine life as if all people had homes, food, shelter, purposeful and meaningful work, healthy relationships, joy filled lives and abundant food and then allow the Law of Attraction to help us manifest it.
- Know that every one's heart is filled with love for all of us.
... Then it would be possible to feel relaxed and at ease now. But do we? No - Most of the time we worry, we work, we struggle, we judge ourselves or each other, we fight, we pretend we're each not important, least of all ourselves, and we forget that we know we are one. In this place of forgetting there is unending sorrow and pain. If we want to feel relaxed and at ease, we can practice... - Balance - stop working so hard. Take time for yourself and for your loved ones.
- Purposeful work - stop doing work that doesn't matter. Listen to that small voice inside that will get stronger and louder as you pay attention to it. Do the work you love and know the money will flow.
- Love - love yourself and love others. Open your heart to compassion and responsiveness. Stop being separate and engage in relationships. You can do it because it is your True Nature.
- Peace - resolve differences. Acknowledge your perspective and the other person's perspective - both are of value. Acknowledge the struggle between the two. It, too, is of value. With acknowledgment - truly seeing, hearing and valuing the different perspectives, then they become of the one field and peace emerges.
- Live fully - express yourself, stop being small, engage your body with zest, dance as if no one was watching and be fully alive. Reclaim you aliveness. It is your birthright.
Do not let others take this away from you anymore. You don't have to live in alignment with consensus reality. It is time for all of us to take a stand and be fully alive. To stand up for what we know to be true and of value. Stop holding yourself back. Have the courage to heal. Have the faith to know it is possible. Trust the deep inner voice that guides you to do the Right thing - the one action that aligns with your Higher Self. Have the courage to know your True Nature. How would you like to feel relaxed and at ease every day of your life? We are experiencing a time in human's history in which we do have a choice to either continue to stress ourselves out and be disconnected from nature and Source or... We can choose to reconnect with that which nourishes our being and allow ourselves to relax and feel at one with all that is. Consensus reality in the U.S. (and possibly in many of the industrial countries) is based on a perspective that we are separate from nature. Because of this perspective, we act as if we have power over the earth and its creatures. And while there are many great and wonderful benefits to this choice - like buildings with regulated climates so we don't have to feel too cold or too hot... An abundance of food on the planet... Indoor plumbing... The internet - this great tool that enables us to share info... and all the other wonderful benefits of this perspective... ... It is time now to make a different choice. We can find other ways to experience these benefits or other - even better ones. Now is the time to change... ...To take a risk. Dare to feel relaxed and at ease every day of your life.
