Stress Management Techniques
Do you want to practice stress management techniques and feel relaxed and at ease? Stress is caused by the activation of the stress response - or fight or flight response. When it gets activated a whole slew of hormones start cursing through your body. If this happens once in a while - no big deal. But if it happens over and over, and these hormones just hang out in your body's system, then you might experience unwanted physical or emotional health related conditions. So how to deal with stress?
There are two general types of stress management techniques - - Relaxation techniques that help you relax.
- Stress reduction techniques that decrease the stress response.
