Stress Relief Techniques

Feeling stressed? Want to know how to relieve stress?

Try any one of these easy stress relief techniques...

  1. Laugh - Watch a sitcom, play a silly game with a friend, or think of something funny and just start laughing.

    Check out this funny video.

  2. Get a massage.

  3. Plan a vacation. Just planning helps most of us shift our mood.

  4. Go outside and be in nature... If you live in the city, look at pictures of nature

  5. Listen to a guided relaxation exercise or do my free online guided meditation.

  6. Talk to a friend.

  7. Try any of my favorite stress management techniques listed on the left.

  8. Journal. Here's an easy journaling technique - Write each of the things (people or situations) that are stressing you out on a piece of paper. Scribble all over it... Then tear up the paper.

  9. Have compassion for yourself. It's no fun being stressed.

  10. Do something that you like doing - walk, go out to lunch with a friend, journal, read a book, go to the movies, swim, take a nap... anything that feels good to you.

And then why not learn how to feel relaxed and at ease?

Come back and read over all the possible ways to relieve stress here at www.Relaxed-and-At-Ease.com... Bookmark the home page if you want.

Because if you want to permanently reduce your stress, you might need to learn some more techniques.
